the staff was very friendly. i had request for a walk in shower. they accommodated it. breakfast included simple food, cooked well, and delivered quickly. the location was great, near jesmond dene.
my room faced the main road. i could hear traffic noise most of the night. sleep was difficult.

i had a room with bad noise isolation. i could hear everything from the street. the bed wasn't very comfortable. i had a hard time falling asleep. breakfast was very basic and lacked variety for a longer stay.
